Safety Audit (Workwell Gap Analysis)
CBHM's "Strategic Safety Audit" (which mirrors the WSIB WorkWell audit), will provide your organization with specific direction towards compliance, and towards developing and strengthening your Health and Safety Program. Our audit identifies and grades each element of the WorkWell in order to highlight strengths and weaknesses within your Health and Safety Program.
Audit Components Include:
- Consultation with key personnel to discuss and review the established Health & Safety program
- Conduct an extensive tour of facilities to become familiar with overall operations
- Conduct the audit utilizing CBHM's Strategic Safety Audit Program
- Provide a report based on the results of the Strategic Safety Audit
- Recommend an Action Plan to bring the Health & Safety program to compliance level. This will be based on each companies' goals and overall objectives (i.e to obtain a passing score, develop a very good program, or implement a superior program)
