Objectives:
to create awareness for the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights
Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act and Ontario Ministry of Labor's expectations regarding both Workplace Violence & Harassment; in addition, objectives are to help identify and reduce conflicts in the workplace, increase the effectiveness of the Employee Assistance Program (or similar program), and to provide more support to the Employer's Policy, which in turn will help ensure "Due Diligence".
