Transforming Todays Talent - Mentorship Program
A mentor is defined as "a trusted counselor or guide". Many times in our business life, we could all benefit from a "mentor", someone who is there to help guide us through some tougher waters or unchartered territory, and/or to simply provide another perspective or approach to overcoming a problem. Mentors not only become models for the development of proper problem solving and decision making techniques, but also for the development of interpersonal abilities, and providing of personal guidance.
CBHM's newly developed Mentorship Program has all the proven ingredients to foster internal talents and to enrich the leadership qualities of your people within your organization. This program is not restricted to manager(s) or owner of a company, but rather to all Leaders', including new and arising talents that will require strengthening their strategic skills so that they are better equipped to look at new ways to achieve greater results and success within themselves and the organization.
The formulation for individual success and improvement does not lie within a few hours of training, but does lie within reach through an ongoing process of developmental change.
Canadian Business Health Management, Inc has developed this program to support Leaders', both new and old through a supportive process to hone individual talents through both one on one consultation and group interactive communication dynamics.
Our Approach and Process of Transforming Talent:
Each person who enrolls will receive a one on one pre-assessment consultative interview prior to the program launch date. This will establish bench marks and provide insight to background and current knowledge of soft skills, management styles, and process.
Assignments prior to beginning of each module - assignments are unique to individual workplace environments and active roles therein, providing adoption of new approaches and skills that will transform current individual and working practices into newer insights and approaches for success.
